 Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow
Mixed Level class is for new students and those with intermediate yoga experience. The instructor will guide you into the poses safely and help you modify the movement to be either more challenging or less stressful for your body. 

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga
Intermediate to advanced level - A fun fusion class!  Cardio, strengthening, & stretching yoga poses and vinyasa flow using the breath.  This cleansing class will energize, strengthen muscles, detox, and improve circulation. Class ends with savasana (breathing & relaxation).  Modification offered to safely support you during this class. Leave feeling completely balanced - mind, body, and spirit.

Gentle Yoga 

All levels welcome. Gentle class is slower paced yoga making it accessible to students of all sizes, ages, and abilities. This class offers a balance of easeful movement, breath awareness and regulation, and conscious relaxation. Enjoy full body deep stretching with or without the assistance of props (blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets).  Modifications will be given. Ends with a meditative savasana.  Leave feeling completely balanced- mind, body, and spirit.

Slow Flow

Alignment-based gentle poses with emphasis on strength building and flexibility, as well as breath awareness and calming meditation.

Restorative Yoga Roll Out

In this unique and relieving class, we use specially designed, self-massage balls to encourage myo-fascial release. Often, pain and stiffness result from either our sedentary life-style or repetitive motion.  By massaging these areas (like the traps on top of your shoulders) you will find enormous relief.

This restorative class focuses on rehabbing tight fascia and muscles, rebuilding strength, calming the nervous system, letting go of stress, moving dynamically, and exploring both your core and the core of your being.  All the props provided for class.

Alignment Yoga

Emphasis on careful alignment, breath/body awareness and gentle mat floor based flow. This class both challenges and supports students of all ages and experience. It is guided with careful cueing, helping each student to move with confidence and deepen their practice.  Props are encouraged, and modifications given allow everyone to leave the mat feeling both relaxed and renewed!

Bo Yoga for Balance

Bo Yoga blends the best of yoga and tai chi using a Bo Yoga Staff as a unique prop. The Bo Yoga Staff is a stable and flexible prop which is used while stretching to improve alignment, leverage and stability. It is also used as a balancing tool for lower body exercises making Bo Yoga safer, easier and more effective than traditional methods.
Bo Yoga is easy to learn and fun to practice. The benefits are long lasting, leading to better health, more energy and a higher quality of life.

Energy Cleansing Detox Class
All levels welcomed-

This healing class is a fusion on Ying and Yang principals, Ayurveda, and ancient Asian philosophy. It will consist of gentle stretching and movement, Qi- gong, energy accumulation, Ayurvedic stress relief techniques, meditation, and deep breathing. Ancient Asian practitioners used this technique to move Qi (energy) to create optimal energetic flow in our bodies. Restore your inner balance and feel lighter. The class ends with Savasana (breathing and meditative relaxation).  Leave feeling completely balanced- mind, body, and spirit.

Kundalini Yoga Journey through the chakras 8 Part series

Enrich your life through Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.  We start by opening and healing our chakras to bring long lasting balance.
The chakras are energy centers that have direct, immediate and profound effect on our daily lives. Each chakra represents various parts of the physical body, including our emotions, perceptions and how we project ourselves out to the world. They also influence how we think and manifest our thoughts in everyday life. Understanding the chakra system is a great tool through which we can gain a deeper insight into ourselves and make sense of life.
This is an 8 week course. We will meet once/week to gain better knowledge and deeper understanding of your current state and how you can balance each chakra on a daily basis. You will leave with  homework, if you choose, to continue practicing kundalini yoga and meditation each week.


Breath work & Meditation. Learn how to focus on the inner peace & clarity within you. Practice mindfulness by observing & deepening your breath, quieting the mind, setting clear intentions, and expanding your awareness . Friends, Partners, and family that play together stay together! This a a gentle fun class, appropriate for beginners & all ages.  
No yoga experience necessary.

Partner Yoga is both nurturing and playful. It strengthens communication and it cultivates trust.  Partner Yoga is a joyful practice where familiar yoga poses are performed together by two partners to produce new creative physical expressions. As yoga partners, we share movement and synchronize breath. Build trust by relying on each other for balance and alignment. We delve deeper into the poses by combining our strengths and increasing our ability to let go.
